Step 1

Initial Meeting

During this meeting, we will answer any questions you have about how we work and more specifics about other homes we have completed. We will also discuss any other information you require to make sure both parties are comfortable with each other before embarking on the project.

Step 2

Approved Set of Plans

The developer will submit the approved set of plans to us so that we can review it and start contacting the correct sub-contractors we will need to complete the job.

Step 3

The Bid

After we have contacted all of the necessary parties to complete the build, we will work quickly to price out the rest of the jobs to be done and provide you with a comprehensive bid for work to be completed. Once that contract has been signed, we will waste no time scheduling out the entirety of the project.

Step 4

The Schedule

Scheduling out a project is the crutch of our business. We make sure that we keep on track by scheduling out entire projects before we get started. This way, we leave no stone upturned and adhere to the schedule to finish in a timely manner. We are able to maintain extremely high product quality with speedy completion times because we stick to the schedule and make sure that all of the pieces of the puzzle are in order. Developers will have access to this scheduling through an online porthole.

Step 5

Progress Meetings

Meetings are a way for us to have open communication with the developers with whom we work. We believe that on-site meetings are a great way to keep on track and make sure that everything is being done to the developer's standards.
