Step 1
Goals Conversation
During this preliminary conversation, we will take thorough notes on what your goals are for the end product of your home. Whether it be for an ADU, a remodel or an entirely new home, we will listen to your desires and learn exactly what you would like to have built.
Step 2
Initial Walkthrough
Once we receive the submitted build plans, we will take the time to walk through the house with you to measure and document your vision of your home. A comprehensive bid for the work to be completed will be delivered within two weeks of the walkthrough. Once we have a signed contract, we will prepare a work schedule
Step 3
Work Schedule
For every project we do, we create a thorough schedule of work to be completed. This allows us to stay on track and keep you informed of every step through the use of an online porthole to which you will have access.
Step 4
The Build
Throughout the entirety of the build, we will upload progress pictures to the porthole and ensure that you are informed throughout the duration of the build. Since our strength is our ability to communicate, we will have progress meetings with you to make sure we are meeting and exceeding your expectations, keeping us all in line with what the end product should look like.
Step 5
Completion
Once the project is complete, we will conduct one final walk-through with you to ensure that all of your desired items have been addressed and that you are satisfied with the work we have done.
