This 4,425 SF architecturally significant home features 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths on a huge ~ 8,000 SF lot. Designed by the award winning architect Laura Occhetti, collaboration with the Venice based build team at HM/LA Homes, this custom build by ZGB Homes features a meticulously conceived open layout, expansive indoor/outdoor living, two primary suites, sophisticated materials and mid-century inspired details resulting in a truly impressive modern luxury home.
